I never would have imagined ever hearing a toddler say they love kale! But that is exactly what happened with these and Miss 2 ate the lot.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Rinse and dry kale. Pour 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl (enough to coat all the kale). Add salt to taste (1/4 teaspoon I find is enough). Shred kale into bite size pieces. Add to oil and mix till well coated. Spread on oven pan making sure it’s only one layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes (till dry and crispy).
This one is definitely getting repeated.
