Daily Food Menu 2

I don´t have time to fully plan meals in advance and consider the daily calories, nutrition counts etc. But prefer to think of food over the day in general (8-10 portions of fruit and vegetables, something in every meal that DD will like, some protein etc) and then each week (have we eaten 2-3 portions of fish, 2-3 portions of legumes, 1 maybe 2 portions of red meat and no more etc).

These daily food menus are more for inspiration and meal ideas than a comprehensive nutrition food plan.

Breakfast:

  • French Omelet or
  • Bacon and oat porridge or
  • Cod, vegetable and quinoa kedgeree

with 1-2 servings of fresh in season fruit

Drinks

Freshly squeezed orange juice

 

Lunch:

with 1-2 servings of fresh fruit

Drinks

Water

 

Dinner:

  • Sirloin steak with 3 portions of in season vegetables served with rye bread

with 1-2 servings of fresh fruit

Drinks

Water

 

Snacks:

Fruit, dried beans, nuts

Drinks:

Infusions, water
