1 3/4 cup flour (I used gluten free mix)
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tablespoons margarine (38gm + one tablespoon)
1 cup milk (any vege-based milk works)
1/4 cup sultanas (or to taste)
Heat oven to 220 degrees C.
Mix dry ingedients together.
Rub in the margarine till resembles bread crumbs.
Add milk and sultanas. Mix quickly to a dough.
Spoon large heaps onto oven tray.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with some margarine.
Caught her a few times standing on the dining room table eating some, and discovered a number of bites out of each later that day.
