This recipe is very versatile and a great energy snack. use the honey, oats and peanut butter as a base then add what you want – chocolate chips, seeds, berries. Whatever takes your fancy!

- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Combine ingredients together until well mixed. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Shape into bites.
She ate a lot!
NB.Only gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats.
